  1. As we approach Xmas, the new Llandow Kart Club Committee has been working to make significant changes for the 2017 season. Firstly - Club Membership. You will be glad to hear that there has been no increase to Club membership for this year. We have however, made a few tweaks to offer better value for money: Driver - £50 Family Membership (Driver and up to 3 family members) - £55 Each additional driver in a family- £30 Supporters membership - £5 It is our intent to run the season from March through to November with the season opener playing host to this year's Celtic Challenge. Winners at this meeting will be eligible to carry the CC plate for the season and as well as a trophy will also be the recipient of a prize kindly donated by our sponsors. In addition to this, should you join the club prior to February 28th, your practise and race fee for the weekend will be £80. In other developments, the club will be adopting Alpha Timing for the 2017 season, facilitating live timing from the club house, online entry and up to date entry lists for each class. Longer term, the Club are also looking at providing Wi-Fi more widely at the circuit, as well as other subtle improvements to improve your weekend's racing. More on those to follow as they come to fruition. Llandow Kart Club now has a presence on Twitter @LlandowKartClub, and the new website is ready to go live in the next few weeks. As with all ventures, the Club will only be a success with support and entries. To that end, please feel free to message the club with suggestions for improvements and please put the word out to get your friends (and rivals!) on the grid for 2017!
