Spa was meant to be a weak track for the RB car and most of the remaining circuits have historically been good ones for Red Bull. I hope I'm wrong but I can't see anyone clsing the gap enough without a few DNFs or significant development work by a few teams (Which seems to be over now as they are all concentrating on 2014) Your thoughts?
